Community acupuncture is a shared healing experience rooted in accessibility and connection. Participants receive individualized treatments in a calm group setting, benefiting from both personal care and the collective energy of healing together. Each session begins with a short check-in, followed by a relaxing treatment in a zero-gravity chair. The atmosphere is quiet, supportive, and deeply restorative.

Acupuncture complements your yoga practice. Both acupuncture and yoga harmonize the flow of energy in the body, calm the nervous system, and deepen presence. Together, they support balance and integration across body, mind, and spirit.

I know how hard it can be to navigate this world in a sensitive body. I know the toll chronic pain, emotional overwhelm, and invisible struggles can take—and how life-changing it is to feel seen, to feel regulation return, to feel even a flicker of inner orientation. This medicine met me in that place… I practice now to offer others that same possibility. – Jodi Lefkowitz, L.Ac
