Roll & Release is a down-regulating, self-massage, self-myofascial release class. What makes Roll & Release different from other restorative practices? Roll & Release uses Yoga Tune-up balls for targeted muscle work, while restorative yoga is a passive practice of deep relaxation using props to support the body completely. Yoga Tune Up is a form of corrective exercise that uses the balls to pinpoint and release tension in “body blind spots,” while restorative yoga focuses on eliciting a deep relaxation response by eliminating any physical sensation of effort or discomfort.
We’ll take a different focus each month in 2026. January’s topic, Breath by Body, teaches you to use your breath as an antidote for stress induced by chronic pain, sport, illness, trauma, or the rigors of daily life. Discover how your breath is the great integrator of multiple body systems and makes connections between them. This class is built on 4 pillars—breath, roll, move, and non-sleep deep rest exercises to support conscious relaxation.

Regina has been practicing yoga since 1999 and teaching since 2011. She aims to create a supportive and safe environment for all students, so that each may honor their own body during practice.
This is an in-person class and is limited to 18 participants.
