WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

In this workshop, Emily will introduce you to a variety of supportive techniques to enhance your connection to your pelvic floor. Together, we’ll explore:

  • Basic pelvic floor anatomy (no need to be a science expert!)
  • How breath and posture affect pelvic floor function
  • Simple yoga-based movements to build awareness and support
  • Practices to take home for everyday pelvic health

 

Whether you’re dealing with pelvic tension, leaking, or just curious about how everything “down there” works, this workshop is a great place to start. Come as you are — all bodies and experience levels welcome.

About the Instructor

Emily is a fellow Purna Yoga Instructor and licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people feel more at home in their bodies. She teaches anatomy for massage therapy students and brings a grounded, accessible approach to movement education. With training in alignment-based yoga and therapeutic techniques, Emily creates a friendly, informative space where students feel supported and empowered to explore.
